Cost will be based on the amenities you choose in your custom remodeling project and the finishes you choose such as flooring, trim and other upgrades. This will be based on the size and complexity of your project. A typical basement will take between 3 and 6 weeks to complete. We will provide you with a guaranteed completion date in the contract. Projects are broken down into two phases. The first phase: Selections, scheduling and permit process should take between 1 to 3 weeks. The second phase: Construction, usually takes 3 to 7 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

We try very hard to eliminate the dust and keep your home as clean as possible. We clean up the job site daily before leaving but be prepared for some dust.
